Where the proceeds go:
Since our launch BFA has established numerous community partnerships that help generate funds to support our initiatives.
SUPA Society's Surfs Up sponsored by Rip Curl Canada is an annual surf camp that takes place in beautiful Tofino, BC. The event brings together children and families living with Autism to enjoy a free 2-day surfing camp. Each year we are contributing gas card sponsorship to 48 families travelling from across BC and Alberta to take part.

In 2017 we launched our own respite program. “A Moment To Breathe” provided families with a much-needed weekend trip away. We include overnight care for the children while their parents enjoy relaxing spa days, romantic dinners, and a night out on the town. We also host an afternoon at Nat Bailey Stadium with 100+ members of the local autism community coming together to watch the Vancouver Canadians baseball game.
